01

Planning & assessment

New project consultation

Site feasibility review, layout optimized for grain flow, safety clearances and future expansion, and technology selection matched to your grain type, throughput and budget.

Comprehensive plant audits

Structural inspection of shell, roof, anchor bolts, foundation ring and eave condition; material flow audit for intake and discharge bottlenecks; and a safety compliance check covering fall protection, confined space and electrical earthing.

Drive & mechanical audit

Conveyor belts, bucket elevator chains and gearbox alignment reviewed and reported. Every audit is delivered as a bound written report you keep.

02

Core execution & expansion

Silo erection & integration

Top-down hydraulic erection — safer, faster, and requiring no scaffolding. Structural weatherproofing including roof sealing and eave treatment is completed during erection.

Mechanical alignment

Guaranteed alignment of bucket elevators and chain conveyors. A dedicated on-site supervisor owns every phase — civil, structural, mechanical and electrical.

Automation & commissioning

Full-scope projects include PLC panel installation and automation commissioning as part of the same accountable build.

Capacity enhancement

Existing silo and conveying infrastructure assessed for upgrade compatibility, with new capacity integrated into the live plant on a schedule that minimizes production downtime.

Conveyor & elevator retrofits

High-capacity drag chain conveyors and bucket elevators retrofitted to existing structures, with intake and discharge throughput re-engineered to match your enhanced storage volume.

Old-new system integration

Full mechanical and electrical integration so new and existing systems operate seamlessly as one plant.

03

Lifecycle security

Operational training

Delivered on-site with real equipment — safe silo operation, aeration management and grain monitoring protocols. Each participant receives a laminated maintenance checklist and completion certificate.

Preventive maintenance training

Lubrication schedules, wear identification and inspection routines, plus emergency response training for grain bridging, roof damage and confined space procedures.

Annual maintenance contracts

Two scheduled inspection visits a year with written reports, structural checks each cycle, drive re-alignment and lubrication, and two emergency inspection visits included.
